The aim of the Practice is to provide a high standard of patient care by both medical and non-medical staff. We aim to treat patients fairly and equally, with dignity and respect at all times, in a comfortable, friendly and safe environment.
The partnership practises from purpose-built premises on the corner of Park Street and Firby Lane. There is a private car park at the rear for the use of patients using the surgery. There is disabled ramp access from the car park with automatic doors into the main building.
From 1st April 2015 onwards, Practices are required under GMS Contract, to allocate a named accountable GP to all patients, including children.
It is important that you are aware that we work as a team and this allocation does not change the way in which we operate or affect your ability to make an appointment or speak with any of the GPs in the Practice.
Should you express a wish to change your named GP, we will do our best to accommodate your request wherever possible.

From April 2019 you will no longer be able to order your repeat prescriptions by telephone for safety reasons.
What do I need to do?
There are different ways to order:
- You, or a family member, can order your prescription online using www.patientaccess.com You can do this at any time of the day or night. You will need a password from the surgery.
- Place the tear-off part of your repeat prescription in the prescriptions box in the surgery.
- Post your repeat prescription to the surgery.
